General Business Conditions
Arrival and departure
- Parking is free in the street in front of the B&B.
- Bicycles or motorcycles can be stored under the carport or in the bicycle shed, where there is also electricity to charge your e-bike.
- Two rental bicycles are available free of charge.
- Check-in is always possible between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Other times in consultation and based on availability.
- Upon arrival you will be asked to show your ID. This is for the tourist tax. No refund will be made in the event of early departure
Your stay
- Breakfast is served on the breakfast trolley in front of your room between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM by arrangement.
- The room has a private terrace with two chairs and a table. Please note that we have two super friendly dachshunds that can walk in the garden. They will not come onto your terrace, but they are curious and will certainly come through the fence to see who is on the other side. Please don’t feed the dogs.
- Visitors to the room are not permitted without our permission.
- The room must be kept tidy.
- For stays of several days, we will maintain the room daily and replenish items where necessary.
- Please do not leave the TV, air conditioning and/or electric heater on when you are not in the room.
- Pets are only allowed in consultation and if they get along well with other dogs. Our dogs are used to other dogs being present.
- Smoking is not allowed in the room, not even on the terrace. Smoking is allowed in front of or under the carport. Would you like to ensure that the butts are deposited in the waste container outside?
- Bed and Breakfast Hattem is not liable for loss of personal property and personal injury.
- In the event of misconduct or gross negligence on the part of (one of the) guests, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay in our B&B (without refunding any remaining days).
- The house rules may be deviated from by mutual agreement and consent.
Conditions
- The total cost of the stay must be paid one week before the arrival date. The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to seven days before arrival. For cancellations up to seven days before arrival, any (down) payment will be refunded immediately.
- For cancellations within seven days before arrival, no refund of the (down) payment will be made.
